Never in the history of librarianship, the future of libraries is discussed as it is in the current era. Premature obituaries were nothing new in every period about the demise of libraries ever since technology permeated into our lives. Adding to this narrative, the literature, and discourses replete with ideas and frameworks on how libraries are repositioning or negotiating their space within institutions to reclaim the central position to attract funds to strengthen their infrastructure and resources. We are also battling a perception that when you get everything in the web and resources available online, who needs the libraries. This conference will address some of the fundamental issues pertaining to the redefinition of the role of libraries in the digital domain and will attempt to narrow down the narratives on how libraries are transforming themselves to be relevant to the journey of learning, evolving cultures, and improving human lives...

Looking back a time during the COVID-19 pandemic swept the whole world to a virtual standstill. It continues to be an unprecedented time, one that modern human civilization has rarely encountered on such a global scale. Many of the things that we took for granted were taken away or paused indefinitely. Businesses shuttered, domestic and international travel stopped, and the socially driven human practice of gathering also halted. As humans paused for a while, the natural world took a chance to rejuvenate, flourish and bloom. Despite this, in those frozen moments of uncertainty, a lot happened. New possibilities were created. As we continue the process of recovery from the pandemic, we stand at a crossroad, many new path ways now seem possible. Nothing has remained as we had expected. The Third Edition of KCC's Annual Conference "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" explores topics including education, art production and policy, mental health, commerce, activism and the environment. The theme ‘The Freezing Moment’ will critically examine and reflect upon the effects and the changes that were brought about by the unprecedented global crises during COVID 19 pandemic. The conference will discuss new possibilities and proposals that arose from those ‘frozen’ moments of uncertainty, and allow us to rediscover ways that could help build a better and more equitable future...

User Awarness Program We are all going through a very tough time as this pandemic has completely changed the way we work. But we strongly believe learning should not stop and that in a time of drastic change, it is the learners who inherit the future. Perhaps it is the best time for the researchers to use Scopus analytics to better understand the research landscape and plan research workflow.
